USTA120 is a composite of thermal conductive material, silicone rubber, and fiberglass. This material possesses flame retardant property and is specially formulated for use as a thermally conductive insulator. The primary use for USTA120 is to electrically insulate power sources from heat sinks.
USTA120 has excellent mechanical and physical properties. This material is pliable and allows complete surface contact with excellent heat dissipation. USTA120 actually improves its thermal resistance with age. The reinforcing fiberglass provides excellent cut-through resistance.
